Intellectual Property in Technology and Other Commercial Agreements

Craig Auge, a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the firm’s technology and commercial transactions practice, spoke at the Association of Corporate Counsel Southwest Ohio's "Bulletproofing Your Contracts: Tips for Avoiding Liability in your Commercial Agreements" event, held at the Vorys Cincinnati office on October 29, 2024.  His presentation was titled "Intellectual Property in Technology and Other Commercial Agreements."
