Environmental and Emerging Claim Manager Association Annual Conference

Jake Bartlett, an associate in the Vorys Washington, D.C. and Cincinnati offices, spoke at the Environmental and Emerging Claim Manager Association Annual Conference.  The conference was held in Savannah, Georgia on April 3-5, 2024.  His presentation was titled "CSI EECMA: Forensics in Emerging Contaminant Detection and Site Remediation."  Jake spoke on a panel with industry leaders regarding emerging contaminants and the use of forensic analysis in site remediation and litigation.
