Webinar: Highlights from "What to Expect for 2023 Commercial Property Reappraisals" Event

Nicholas Ray, a partner in the Columbus office, Andrew DeBord, a partner in the Cincinnati office, and Lindsay Doss Spillman, a senior attorney in the Cleveland office provided a webinar on Thursday, August 3 featuring key takeaways from our July event, “What to Expect for 2023 Commercial Property Reappraisals.”  The webinar provided a summary of the event, which featured:

• A discussion on the upcoming reappraisal process with county auditors from Delaware, Franklin and Licking Counties: George Kaitsa, Michael Stinziano and Michael Smith
• Information on opportunities to work with county auditor's offices before the process is finalized later this year
• A status of the reappraisal and update process in other Ohio counties
