Elissa Wilson, a partner in the Columbus office and a member of the firm's national economic development incentives practice, served as a panelist for a session of the ICSC+ Law Symposium OH/KY/IN/MI/PA in Columbus, Ohio on March 7.  The session, titled "'Ethucation' in the Age of Transparency — 'See Through' Ethical Challenges in Dealmaking," examined ethical considerations across retail development, including conflicts of interest, the use of artificial intelligence, lobbying and more.
