Vorys attorneys John Landolfi, Craig Auge and Chris LaRocco held a presentation at the National Retail Federation (NRF) General Counsels Forum 2024 titled "Powered by AI – What Every Retailer Needs to Know When Contracting for AI Products and Services."  This presentation focused on practical tips for companies obtaining and using generative AI, including corporate governance, negotiating key contractual terms, intellectual property, privacy, data regulations and risk allocations.
