Scott Ziance, a partner in the Columbus office, and Chris Magill, a managing director of Vista Site Selection - an ancillary business of the firm, gave a presentation titled "Optimizing Economic Development: Maximizing Tax Incentives and Strategic Site Selection" on August 31.  

This session focused on how successful companies navigate the balance between maximizing their tax incentives while also selecting the most advantageous site, and creatively utilizing the right tools and flexibility at various stages of the process.
