Webinar: Hot Topics and Trends in Asset-Based Lending 

Jeff Bieszczak and Cauley Oliver, Vorys attorneys and members of the firm's finance group, presented a webinar titled "Hot Topics and Trends in Asset-Based Lending" as part of Vorys' Seventh Annual Commercial Loan Workout Webinar Series.  The webinar took place from noon to 1:00 P.M. on November 3.  The attorneys discussed various issues relating to bilateral and syndicated asset-based loans, with a focus on current trends and topics of note in the current macroeconomic environment.
