Overview
Cauley is an associate in the Vorys Cleveland office and a member of the finance, energy and real estate group. She is a commercial finance attorney whose practice primarily focuses on representing lender and large corporate borrower clients in a variety of both secured and unsecured financing transactions, including syndicated facilities, asset-based lending, acquisition finance, fund finance, mezzanine lending and real estate finance, as well as workouts and restructurings.
Notable experience includes:
- Advising Worthington Industries, Inc., in its spin-off of Worthington Steel, Inc., as an independent, publicly traded company
- Advising Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in connection with its $500 million ABL facility, including a $100 million European sub-facility
- Advising Myers Industries, Inc. in connection with a $400 million incremental term loan as part of its acquisition of Signature Systems
Cauley received her J.D. magna cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she was a member of Order of the Coif and the publisher of the Case Western Reserve Law Review. She received her B.A. with honors from Clemson University.
