Jabari Shaw, an associate in the Vorys Cincinnati office, and Gretchen Leist, an associate in the Vorys Columbus office, presented a webinar on March 5.  Their program was titled "Legal Considerations for Navigating Endorsement and Promotional Activities."  They discussed legal considerations for brands interested in engaging in endorsement and promotional activity.  This webinar provided insights into the legal aspects of endorsement and promotional activity, such as contract terms, rights and potential pitfalls.
