Real Estate and Real Estate Finance Attorney

Vorys is seeking an attorney with five (5) or more years of experience in commercial finance and real estate matters to join its Cleveland office. This position offers the opportunity to join a nationally-recognized real estate practice and collegial team environment as an integral part of the long-term succession and growth of the firm’s real estate and finance practice. 

The ideal candidate will have experience representing both lender and borrower clients in real estate financing transactions, including construction loans, term loans and mezzanine loans, as well as other real estate transactional experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, and real estate development work.  Candidates should possess strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, and excellent academic credentials.  

While Cleveland is our principal focus for this search, candidates for our other Ohio offices will be considered.
