Nelson Cary was quoted regarding the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA) in the article "Obama Victory Heralds Revamp of Employment Law" in the November 4, 2008 edition of Employment Law360. 

The article states: “‘It (EFCA) is going to have a lot more traction under an Obama administration than it did under a Bush administration or than it would have under a McCain administration,’ said Nelson D. Cary, a partner in Vorys Sater Seymour and Pease LLP's Columbus, Ohio, office.”
