Court rejects BMV fee increase
Vorys litigators achieved a victory on behalf the Ohio Insurance Institute, the Ohio Trucking Association and the Professional Insurance Agents of Ohio, Inc. on August 30, 2011, when the 10th District Court of Appeals affirmed a decision that found the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles $3 fee increase for certified copies of driving records unconstitutional.
