Grace Featured in Law360 Story entitled “Vorys Adds Spencer Cain Bankruptcy Pro In Houston”

Thomas Grace’s arrival at Vorys was the focus of a September 19, 2012 Law360 story.  Grace joined the firm as a partner in Houston office.  He has more than 35 years of experience in bankruptcy and insolvency law and has provided legal counsel to debtors, creditors, creditors’ committees and indenture trustees across the United States.

The story states:

“Grace said the move was prompted in part by Vorys’ reputation and the firm’s ongoing efforts to expand its Houston office, which he saw as a good opportunity.

 ‘I’ve known the Vorys firm for 30 years or more and lived next door to some of the partners in Ohio,’ Grace said. ‘I saw it as a good fit.’

Stephen D. Browning, a partner in the Houston office and chair of the firm’s commercial and real estate group, said Grace would being a wealth of experience and knowledge to Vorys and would augment the firm’s strong bankruptcy practice.

‘His background counseling debtors, creditors, creditors’ committees and indenture trustees will be an asset for Vorys as we continue to expand the capabilities available to our clients from the Houston office,’ Browning said.
