Kaplan Joins WVXU's Cincinnati Edition to Discuss Medical Marijuana's Impact on Employers

Andy Kaplan, a partner in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the labor and employment group, was a guest on WVXU’s Cincinnati edition on June 11, 2018. Kaplan and the other guests discussed Ohio’s medical marijuana program, which is scheduled to go into effect later this year, and how companies can treat employees and potential employees who use marijuana as medicine.
