Lampley Featured in Cincinnati Business Courier Who to Know in Law List

Nate Lampley, managing partner of the Vorys Cincinnati office, was included on the Cincinnati Business Courier 2015 “20 People to Know in Law” List.  According to the paper, individuals on the list “are front and center in the industry.”  

An interview with Lampley was published and included the following question:

What’s one of the biggest misperceptions about your field of practice?

“I believe the general public has no idea how difficult litigation can be for the parties involved. When a very successful business person is asked to give a deposition or to testify at trial, very often it is the worst experience of their professional lives. Being cross-examined by a skilled lawyer in a high-stakes case can be as challenging as anything they have encountered as a professional. The best litigators provide advice, coaching and counseling in a manner that makes the process less stressful for all involved.”
