Vorys Advises American Nitrile in Connection with Investment by Orion Infrastructure Capital

Vorys recently served as legal counsel to American Nitrile in connection with a $105 million investment from Orion Infrastructure Capital. The investment will allow American Nitrile to complete the development of its nitrile glove manufacturing facility in Grove City, Ohio. This production facility will utilize best-in-class manufacturing processes and create hundreds of new jobs for workers in Ohio.
