Vorys Elevates Two Attorneys to Partner
Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP is pleased to announce that it has named Robert A. Bell, Jr. and Michael J. Bronson partners to the firm.
Mr. Bell is a member of the bankruptcy group in the Columbus office and specializes in bankruptcy and debtor/creditor rights. He represents creditors and other parties in all facets of bankruptcy cases specializing in commercial restructuring transactions. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. Bell received his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Dayton School of Law, and his B.S. from Miami University.
Mr. Bronson is a member of the litigation group in the Cincinnati office and specializes in general litigation with particular experience defending corporations in qui tam and False Claims Act cases. He also has experience in white collar criminal matters and complex commercial litigation, and was a member of the trial team that obtained a unanimous United States Supreme Court decision in Allison Engine Co., Inc. v. United States ex rel. Sanders. Bronson served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Terrence W. Boyle, Chief Judge for the Eastern District of North Carolina. He received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and his B.A. magna cum laude from Denison University.
