Waite Quoted in American Metal Market Story Titled “Steel Rod Producers Confident in Trade Case vs. Thailand, India”
Frederick Waite, of counsel in the Vorys Washington, D.C. office, was quoted in an American Metal Market story about the U.S. steel threaded rod producers’ dumping and subsidy complaints regarding imports from Thailand and India. According to the story, a pending preliminary injury determination is expected from the U.S. International Trade Commission within 45 days.
The story states:
