Wilson Quoted in Competition Law360 Article "Antitrust Litigation Recedes from Peak in 2009"
James Wilson, a partner in the firm’s Columbus office, was quoted in the article "Antitrust Litigation Recedes from Peak in 2009." The article, about the total number of antitrust cases filed in 2009, appeared in the January 5, 2010 edition of Competition Law360.
The article states: “James Wilson, a partner at Vorys Sater Seymour and Pease LLP, noted that it's been a while since a blockbuster cartel probe was revealed by the U.S. Department of Justice, which may account for some of the slowdown in 2009. ‘It seems to me just a matter of time before another one comes to light. You're obviously going to see an uptick of filings when the DOJ announces the next big investigation,’ Wilson said.”
