Wilson Quoted in Competition Law360 Article "Top Antitrust Deals in '09 Have Enforcement Tie"

James Wilson, a partner in the firm’s Columbus office, was quoted in the article "Top Antitrust Deals in '09 Have Enforcement Tie," which appeared in the January 20, 2010 edition of Competition Law360.  The article is about a number antitrust litigation settlements linked with government investigations or government enforcement actions.

The article states: “James Wilson, a partner at Vorys Sater Seymour and Pease LLP, noted that, in any case, the top settlements of 2009 will likely stoke the flames of civil antitrust litigation. ‘The size of the some of the mega-settlements would certainly encourage continued antitrust litigation,’ Wilson said.”
