Oliver Selected for the FDCC Ladder Down Cleveland Class of 2024

Cauley Simmons Oliver, an associate in the Vorys Cleveland office, was selected to join the FDCC Ladder Down Cleveland Class of 2024.  According to Ladder Down, the organization is a year-long program that provides direct training and career development through a combination of coaches, sponsors and participants to empower women lawyers in three critical areas: leadership, business development and mentoring.

Oliver is a member of the finance, energy and real estate group and her practice primarily focuses on representing lender and large corporate borrower clients in a variety of both secured and unsecured financing transactions, including syndicated facilities, asset-based lending, acquisition finance, fund finance, mezzanine lending and real estate finance, as well as workouts and restructurings.  She received her J.D. magna cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and her B.A. with honors from Clemson University.
