Simmons Selected for the CMBA 2022-2023 Leadership Academy Class
Cauley Simmons, an associate in the Vorys Cleveland office, has been selected for the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA) 2022-2023 Leadership Academy class. According to the CMBA, the leadership academy is 10-month program of leadership and professional development programming. A panel of past and present CMBA presidents, trustees and bar leaders selected 34 attorneys to participate in the class.
Simmons is a transactional attorney whose practice primarily focuses on commercial finance and real estate matters, as well as workouts and restructurings. Cauley received her J.D. magna cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she was a member of order of the coif and the publisher of the Case Western Reserve Law Review. She received her B.A. with honors from Clemson University.
