Vorys Advises ATSG in $400M Senior Notes Offering
Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP recently advised Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (ATSG) - a leading provider of aircraft leasing and air cargo transportation and related services - in connection with its private offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 3.875% convertible senior notes due 2029.
