Nicole K. Walt

Nicole is an associate in the Columbus office and a member of the corporate group.  Her practice focuses on representing both public and private companies in corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities, periodic reporting and disclosure (Form 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K reporting and proxy statement disclosure) and corporate governance. 

Nicole received her J.D. cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where she was an articles editor for the Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy.  She received her BSBA magna cum laude in finance from The Ohio State University.
