Vorys Welcomes Mark Noel to Trust and Estate Group in Cincinnati Office

Vorys announced today that Mark Noel, an experienced estate planning attorney, has re-joined the firm as a partner in the Cincinnati office.  Throughout his career, Noel has helped clients design and implement estate plans to preserve and protect family wealth.

“We are excited to welcome Mark back to Vorys,” said Emily Pan, co-managing partner of the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the firm’s trusts and estates group.  “Mark’s return reflects our continued investment in our trusts and estate practice—Mark’s experience will be a great asset to our team as we grow and evolve to meet our client’s sophisticated needs.”

Noel represents clients in complex estate planning and trust and estate administration issues.  He also has litigation experience, including representing clients in contested trust and estate matters before the Hamilton County Probate Court.

“I was excited about the opportunity to come back to Vorys,” said Noel. “The substantial depth and experience of the trust and estate team, as well as the firm’s talented attorneys in other areas of law, made it an easy decision for me.”

Since 2018, Noel has taught the estate planning course as an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati College of Law.  He received his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he served as an articles editor for the Kentucky Law Journal. He earned his LL.M. in estate planning from the University of Miami School of Law and his B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Kentucky.
