Adultery and Email a Dangerous Combination
Houston Chronicle
Jackie Ford, a partner in the Vorys Houston and Columbus offices, wrote an op-ed for the Houston Chronicle about electronic communications and user privacy issues. In the op-ed, Ford reminds readers that email communications can be easily read by an employer or subpoenaed by the government. She also notes that Facebook provides a one-step method for downloading a user’s entire Facebook history and that text messages can also be discoverable.
