Subrogation Department Settles a Multi-Leak Water Damage Case

Christopher Konzelmann, a partner in the subrogation department, recently pursued an HVAC contractor and its subcontractor to recover an insurer’s subrogated damages in a case involving multiple water leaks in a New York, mixed-use building under construction. The case involved leaks purportedly caused by the improper installation and soldering of piping.
