OVERVIEW

Jeremy Teaberry’s practice focuses on complex real estate and asset-based lending transactions for large and regional institutional lenders, life insurance companies, debt funds, alternative lenders and borrowers across the United States. Jeremy has successfully closed bilateral and syndicated term, construction, bridge and portfolio loans for all asset types, warehouse loans, note-on-note transactions, and loans including senior and subordinate debt structures, such as mezzanine loans and B notes from application through closing, together with applicable loan modifications

Jeremy’s experience also includes syndication and due diligence reviews, as well as detailed title and survey analysis. Jeremy is known for closing transactions efficiently and building a trusting rapport with his clients. 

Recognition and Involvement

Recognition & Involvement

Jeremy is an active participant in the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Wills for Heroes program which provides free estate planning documents for first responders in Pennsylvania. Jeremy also works with Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts to provide pro bono legal services to low-income artists, artist collectives, and small budget arts and cultural organizations who seek assistance with legal matters related to their arts practice or arts business.
