Hinshaw has a longstanding commitment to ensuring that our firm reflects the diversity of the world in which we practice. We have a formal diversity initiative led by the firm’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee and boast a 50 percent diverse top management team. Our recruiting and hiring programs reflect a results-oriented commitment to diversity at Hinshaw.
Each year Hinshaw awards scholarship(s) to law students for their final year of law school. This year, we will award two scholarships in the amount of $5,000 each to 2L (rising 3L) students graduating in Spring 2026 who have articulated ways to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in their respective communities, and who have achieved academic excellence.
