Chicago-based partner David Levitt will present "Third-Party Litigation Funding" at the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC) General Counsel Connect on August 29, 2023, at the Gleacher Center in Chicago, Illinois. Levitt’s presentation will focus on the negative impact of undisclosed terms in Third-Party Litigation Funding (TPLF) on defendants and the court system, highlighting the need for legislatures and rules committees to require disclosure. Levitt chairs the DRI Center for Law and Public Policy's Third-Party Litigation Funding Task Force.
