Based in Hinshaw's St. Louis office, Michael P. Davidson focuses his practice in the area of health care law. He represents health care providers such as health systems, hospitals, long-term care facilities, clinics, ambulatory surgery centers and practitioners in their business and regulatory matters, with a focus on corporate and regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse, reimbursement, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, employment and medical staff issues, tax exemption and tax-exempt bond financing. Mr. Davidson earned his J.D. (2006) from Saint Louis University School of Law, with a Certificate in Health Law, and his B.A. (1997) from Northwestern University.
Based in Hinshaw's Jacksonville office, William R. Dobbins focuses his litigation practice in the defense of workers' compensation matters, personal injury and general liability claims, and professional liability matters. Mr. Dobbins also volunteers his time at Jacksonville Area Legal Aid. He earned his J.D. (2006) from the University of Miami School of Law and his B.S. (2002) from Flagler College.
Based in Hinshaw’s Coral Gables office, Pedro E. Hernandez handles commercial, construction, coverage and health care litigation. He has represented insurers in commercial class actions in multidistrict litigation courts throughout the country and litigated complex commercial matters, including contract disputes involving Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Hernandez also represents owners, general contractors, construction managers and design professionals in all aspects of the construction process. He was a summer judicial clerk to the Honorable Jose Linares, U.S. District Judge. Mr. Hernandez earned his J.D. (2006) from Pennsylvania State University’s The Dickinson School of Law and his B.A. (2003) from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
Based in Hinshaw’s Coral Gables office, Eric A. Hiller focuses his practice in insurance coverage and complex commercial litigation and handles high-exposure claims including common law and statutory bad faith litigation He also has extensive experience in real estate development and construction matters as well as commercial contract disputes. Mr. Hiller’s clients include entrepreneurs, insurers, international corporations, professional athletes and real estate developers. Mr. Hiller earned his J.D. (2006) from the University of Miami School of Law and his B.A. (2003) from Colgate University.
Based in Hinshaw's Rockford, Illinois office, Michael F. Iasparro focuses his practice in litigation and internal investigations and counsels his clients on compliance-related issues. He has significant experience litigating complex cases in both state and federal courts, with particular emphasis in federal court, on matters involving antitrust matters, civil rights litigation, commercial disputes, environmental law, labor and employment law, and white collar crime. Mr. Iasparro served for more than six years as an assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois. He earned his J.D. (2001), cum laude, from Marquette University Law School and his B.S. (1998), summa cum laude, from Rockford College.
Based in Hinshaw's Los Angeles office, Tricia M. Pride focuses her practice in the area of labor and employment law, with an emphasis in workers’ compensation defense. She manages cases from inception to conclusion, handling all aspects of analysis, discovery, negotiations and litigation. Ms. Pride also represents self-insured employers and insurance companies in cases involving alleged serious and willful misconduct and violations of California Labor Code Section 132a. Ms. Pride earned her J.D. (2003), with a Masters of Dispute Resolution, from Pepperdine University School of Law and her B.A. (1999) from California State University at Los Angeles.
Based in Hinshaw's Chicago office, John P. Ryan handles commercial litigation matters involving consumer protection statues, construction litigation, products liability litigation, civil rights, class actions, toxic torts and government litigation. Mr. Ryan earned his J.D. (2006), cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School, where he was a member of the Moot Court Executive Board. He received his B.B.A. (2002) from St. Norbert College.
Based in Hinshaw's Rockford, Illinois, office, Daniel E. Wiesch focuses his practice in the defense of medical malpractice claims. He also has experience litigating a broad range of cases including commercial litigation matters, employment disputes, products liability claims, construction defect claims and nursing home liability claims. Mr. Wiesch earned his J.D., cum laude, (2001) from University of Illinois College of Law and his B.A. (1997) from Northwestern University.
Based in Hinshaw's Chicago office, Megan L. Zust focuses her practice primarily in the areas of commercial litigation and toxic tort litigation, with particular emphasis in the restaurant, security and alarm, and transportation industries. She also handles premises liability and product liability cases involving catastrophic injury, commercial damages, personal injuries, property damage and wrongful death. Ms. Zust’s professional memberships include the Chicago Bar Association, where she serves on its Judicial Evaluation Committee, which reviews, evaluates and offers public reports on the judiciary in anticipation of elections. She earned her J.D. (2006), cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law and her B.S. (2003) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
