Based in Hinshaw's Ft. Lauderdale office, April M. Dahl focuses her practice primarily in tort litigation, including cases involving products liability, toxic tort, indoor air quality, chemical exposure, construction defect, premises liability, automobile and general liability matters. Ms. Dahl earned her J.D. (2003) from Notre Dame Law School and her B.A. (2000) from the University of Notre Dame.
Based in Hinshaw's Chicago office, Kaycee W. Hopwood focuses her practice primarily in tort litigation, including cases involving product liability, premises liability, automobile liability, toxic tort, indoor air quality, construction defect, and general liability matters. Ms. Hopwood earned her J.D. (2006), cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School and her B.A. (2002) in Journalism from the University of Georgia.
Based in Hinshaw's Chicago office, Jason C. Novak is a litigator who focuses his practice in complex civil litigation with an emphasis on toxic torts defense, products liability, commercial litigation, and general liability litigation. He has substantial experience in counseling and representing clients in litigation involving wrongful death and serious personal injury claims, as well as commercial litigation matters. Mr. Novak earned his J.D. (2007), cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and his B.A. (1999) in English from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
Based in Hinshaw's San Francisco office, Maria S. Quintero devotes her practice to helping insurers with all phases of litigation and appeals, as well as with the assessment and evaluation of coverage issues and determinations under first-party and third-party policies. Ms. Quintero also advises insurers on a range of matters, including claims handling and insurance coverage. Ms. Quintero earned her J.D. (2002) from Santa Clara University School of Law and her B.A. (1999) in Science and Technology from Pomona College.
Based in Hinshaw's Boston office, Andrew M. Schneiderman is a litigator who focuses his practice in the areas of consumer litigation, class action litigation, and professional liability claims. Mr. Schneiderman earned his J.D. (2005), cum laude, from University of Miami School of Law and his B.A. (2002), cum laude, from the George Washington University.
Based in Hinshaw's New York office, Joseph G. Silver regularly represents clients in complex civil litigation matters. He frequently advises clients, including lawyers, law firms and business entities, in connection with malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of contract claims. Mr. Silver also has significant experience in insurance coverage, broker liability and lender liability matters, and frequently represents insurance companies, insurance brokerages, mortgage lenders and loan servicers in state and federal court. Mr. Silver earned his J.D. (2006) from St. John's University School of Law and his B.S. (2002) in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
Based in Hinshaw's Belleville office, Jason K. Winslow focuses his practice in the defense and litigation of professional negligence lawsuits, with particular emphasis on claims of medical malpractice in the Southern Illinois venues of St. Clair and Madison Counties. Mr. Winslow earned his J.D. (2007) from George Mason University School of Law and his B.A. (2004) with high honors in Urban and Regional Planning from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
