Hinshaw Announces Election of 16 Partners In Nine U.S. offices
U.S. law firm Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce the election of 16 attorneys as new partners, effective January 1, 2021. The new partners are based in nine Hinshaw offices across the country and represent a wide range of practice areas.

Leigh Bonsall (Labor & Employment).
A litigator who focuses her practice on employment and commercial litigation matters, Leigh defends employers against harassment, discrimination and retaliation claims, wage and hour disputes, and claims arising out of the Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA). She also handles UCC litigation and contract disputes and defends lawyers and law firms against professional malpractice claims.
Jill Eckhaus (Personal Injury & Property Damage)
A former senior public defender in the DuPage County Public Defender's Office, Jill represents hospitals, physicians, and physician groups in medical negligence and catastrophic injury matters, as well as corporate and individual insureds against medical malpractice, professional negligence, product liability, and premise liability matters. She also handles general liability, personal injury and litigation in the construction industry.
Paris Glazer (Insurance Services)
Paris focuses his national practice on insurance coverage and business litigation matters. He represents insurers on complex coverage and extra-contractual matters, and defends clients against litigation claims related to commercial general liability, professional liability, directors and officer's liability, and manuscript, captive, and reinsurance programs. He also litigates a wide range of matters, including breach of contract, fraud, employment discrimination, and health care disputes, and has conducted commercial and court-annexed arbitrations.
Vincent Rizzo (Government)
Vincent is a litigator, with an emphasis in the areas of labor and employment, personal injury and property damage, constitutional violations, and government matters.
