Ashley M. Fields

Ashley Fields focuses her litigation practice on general liability defense, encompassing personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, and automobile liability. She provides strategic counsel to clients across various industries, employing a comprehensive approach to complex legal challenges.

Ashley manages all phases of the litigation process, from inception through trial, and has defended lawsuits in state and federal courts throughout Florida on behalf of local and national clients.

She has valuable trial and appellate practice experience, including representing clients before the Florida First District Court of Appeal, County and Circuit Courts, and the Judge of Compensation Claims, as well as appearances before the State and Superior Courts of Georgia for civil matters.

Ashley maintains her competitive edge as she enjoys playing in several softball leagues, spending time at the beach, and with her family. She is an avid sports fan, supporting the Jags, Atlanta Braves, her beloved Tennessee Volunteers, and anyone who beats the Gators or Alabama.
