Celia Moutes-Lee focuses on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. Her practice primarily involves defending bad faith lawsuits and resolving coverage disputes relating to first- and third-party claims. With extensive experience in litigating bad faith lawsuits, Celia handles cases involving claims under personal and commercial policies, including theft, fire, smoke, water, hail, sand, floods, earthquakes, and other catastrophic events, as well as uninsured motorist claims. She is regularly retained by insurers to assist in the investigation of claims and determination of coverage, which includes conducting examinations under oath.
