Jessica Sears handles cases involving construction defects, professional liability, and complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. Her clients include large institutional enterprises, high-net-worth corporate individuals, and an array of other businesses. Jessica deals with matters such as contract disputes, fraud, negligence, violations of state and federal statutes, and bad-faith.

Her experience spans all aspects of litigation, from strategy development and case management to depositions, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations.

During law school, Jessica served as the president of the Caribbean Law Student Association, demonstrating her commitment to both legal education and diversity.
