Margaret Stefandl handles mortgage banking litigation and contested foreclosure actions on behalf of several mortgage servicers, banks, and government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs). She counsels and negotiates on behalf of her mortgage servicers and lender clients and handles all aspects of financial services litigation, including loss mitigation. Margaret has successfully argued before the Appellate Divisions of New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut, as well as the New Jersey Superior Court and New York Supreme Court.
Margaret previously served as in-house counsel at JPMorgan Chase. Prior to specializing in financial services litigation, Margaret handled professional liability defense litigation in New Jersey.
