Mark Goldstein is a seasoned litigator with over 20 years of experience handling cases from inception to appeal. He has represented both defendants and plaintiffs in personal injury matters and is adept at managing a statewide caseload, and handling every aspect of his cases. Mark routinely deposes plaintiffs, witnesses, and experts, with a strong ability to extract critical insights. He regularly argues motions before county and circuit judges and provides clients with practical advice on managing their risk. His work in alternative dispute resolution consistently leads to favorable outcomes.

Prior to joining Hinshaw, Mark worked at a mid-sized regional law firm, helping clients analyze and manage risk while overseeing a litigation caseload. He also served as managing partner of a boutique plaintiff’s firm.

When not working, Mark enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with his wife and two daughters. During football season, he avidly roots for his Gators and Dolphins. Mark also enjoys live music and frequently attends concerts throughout the state.
