Theresa Tracy is a personal injury and property damage paralegal with more than 25 years of experience. She assists attorneys throughout the litigation process, including the drafting of pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and orders for various court filings. Theresa also works with attorneys to ensure clients are prepared for depositions and trials.
In addition to personal injury and property damage, Theresa has experience in domestic relations, worker's compensation, social security disability, estate, probate, corporate, environmental, commercial construction, and employment law matters.
Theresa joined Hinshaw in 2017 with more than 25 years of paralegal experience. Prior to joining the firm, she spent a combined 15 years at other Ft. Lauderdale law firms. She began her legal career as a legal assistant in Denver, Colorado, where she later went on to get her paralegal certificate.
Personal
In her spare time, Theresa is an avid scuba diver, underwater photographer and volunteers with various marine animal rescue organizations throughout Florida. She loves the beach and spends most of her weekends either in the water, on it, or near it. In addition, Theresa loves to travel and experience new places and people.
