William Schubert is dedicated to serving clients globally and providing experienced counsel in traditional and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Bill’s litigation experience includes complex construction litigation, including disputes involving the California Public Contract Code, breach-of-fiduciary-duty claims, insurance coverage litigation, alleged trade secret misappropriation, and claims of unlawful discrimination.

Bill focuses on practical problem-solving and working with clients in construction, professional services, export industries, and Latin American produce companies. He carefully considers his clients’ long-term objectives and strives to find enduring solutions, even in the midst of legal disputes.
