Partner Marc Hirschfield Participates as a Panelist at ABI’s New York City Bankruptcy Conference

Partner Marc Hirschfield recently joined an esteemed lineup of panelists at the 2024 ABI New York City Bankruptcy Conference.  Marc’s panel explored U.S. Trustee hot button issues including exculpation/opt-in, opt-out release provisions, the importance of sealing personally identifiable information, and other issues commonly raised by the U.S. Trustee. 

Marc also served on the Advisory Board Host Committee for the Conference, which is widely recognized as one of ABI’s largest and most prestigious events for insolvency and restructuring professionals in the New York metro area.
