Represented a leading U.S. transportation solutions provider in a patent infringement dispute concerning E-ZPass™ electronic toll collection technology. Secured a favorable settlement. - Lincoln Precision Machining Company v. Lug-All Corporation and Transol Corporation, Civil Action No. 08-CV-40104 (D. Mass.)
Obtained a permanent injunction for trade dress infringement in a matter involving industrial machinery components. - Electronic Component Patent Infringement
