Retail Law Conference

Vorys attorneys Daren Garcia and Whitney Gibson were speakers at the Retail Law Conference hosted by the Retail Industry Leaders Association on October 26, 2016. Their presentation was titled “Legal Strategies Regarding the Resale of Products that Are Outside the Manufacturer’s Selected Distribution Network” and discussed the law related to the first sale doctrine, and the arguments and strategies used to protect the interests of their respective clients.
