Six Attorneys Elected to Partnership at Stinson in 2024
Stinson LLP has elected six attorneys to the firm's partnership, effective January 1, 2024. The newly elected partners come from four of the firm's 13 offices and represent five of the firm's practice divisions.

The firm's new partner class of 2024 includes:
DENVER
Jared Ertle specializes in advising clients on complex mergers and stock acquisitions, venture capital investments and asset dispositions. He counsels farm credit system institutions, commercial banks and equipment leasing companies on loan transactions, as well as equipment and facility lease transactions. Additionally, Ertle does pro bono legal work for the Miracle League of Metro Denver. He earned his J.D. from the University of Miami.
JEFFERSON CITY
Alexander Barrett's civil litigation practice focuses on advising clients through private and commercial disputes and government regulations. He has experience working with clients from various industries, including banking, private equity and public utilities. He also provides pro bono representation to Stinson's longstanding neighborhood partner, the Marlborough Community Coalition, in conjunction with Legal Aid of Western Missouri. Barrett earned his J.D. from Boston University.
KANSAS CITY
Courtney Harrison handles complex and high-stakes consumer class action litigation. She has a sophisticated e-discovery practice and utilizes her knowledge and experience to efficiently manage the collection and production of documents for a variety of complex matters, including class actions, trade secret disputes, antitrust cases and product liability lawsuits. She provides pro bono legal services to victims of domestic abuse and human trafficking, guiding them through a legal system that often prevents survivors from accessing justice. Harrison earned her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis.
MINNEAPOLIS
Nathaniel Donoghue's corporate, transactional practice is rooted in the intricate and ever-changing energy sector. He specializes in renewable energy projects, where he handles the structuring of acquisitions, sales and financings, as well as negotiation of complex contracts. Donoghue brings in-depth knowledge and experience to his clients and serves as counsel for various entities, including developers, utilities, independent power producers, electric cooperatives, agencies, financers and investors. He volunteers through the Volunteer Lawyers Network, providing pro bono legal advice on housing law matters. Donoghue earned his J.D. from Boston College.
Andrew (Drew) Glasnovich creates and executes innovative solutions for creditors' committees, secured creditors, equipment finance companies, financial institutions, and court-appointed fiduciaries in bankruptcy proceedings and civil litigation nationwide. He is a passionate advocate for creditors and has discovered unreported estate assets, analyzed complex strategies to liquidate real property and other fixed assets, and negotiated complex plan provisions. He provides pro bono legal services for residential tenants, advising them on their rights and options in evictions and other housing-related disputes. Glasnovich earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota.
Jessica Knox is an experienced litigator with a practice focused on medical benefits/ERISA, construction, real estate litigation, property tax appeals, premises liability and personal injury claims. As a former transactional attorney, Knox leverages this experience to navigate complex legal disputes and advocate effectively for her clients, which include individuals, private entities, banking and financial institutions and insurance companies. She donates significant time helping clients resolve litigated matters and volunteering at the Deinard Legal Clinic. Knox earned her J.D. from Florida Coastal University.
