Mitchell Koch provides counsel for business and insurance coverage disputes at every stage of litigation in state and federal courts. He primarily advises national insurers in first- and third-party coverage disputes involving construction defects and personal injuries. He also advises clients on administrative proceedings and compliance issues with federal regulatory agencies.

During law school, he earned high praise for his involvement in the University of Miami’s moot court team. Additionally, he clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida in Miami and worked as a summer associate at a prominent national insurance and financial services law firm in Jacksonville, Florida.

Outside the legal realm, Mitchell is a musician who proficiently plays five instruments. He always looks to expand his vinyl record collection and enjoys playing chess, tennis, and basketball. He samples fine wines with his wife, Lauren, and adores his pets: a dog, Apollo, and cat, Moon.
