Che’lee John represents financial institutions in claims brought under federal consumer protection acts such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and class action claims.

Che’lee has broad experience in business and appellate litigation as well as professional liability defense. She helps commercial clients navigate complex litigation in state and federal courts, representing businesses in cases relating to trade secrets, non-competes, products liability and contract disputes.

Personal

Che’lee is a citizen of the Diné (Navajo) Nation and proud mother of two daughters. Outside of work and parenting, she is a lifelong equestrian and enjoys spending at much time as she can at the barn with her retired racehorse.
