Jacinda Chen-Nguyen

Jacinda Chen-Nguyen handles insurance coverage disputes and is involved in all phases of claims litigation.

Before joining Hinshaw, Jacinda was an associate at a regional labor and employment firm assisting attorneys with administrative proceedings and matters in state and federal court for public and private sector unions and their members.

Prior to her career as an attorney, Jacinda worked in legal analytics at Insurance Services Office, where she was instrumental in developing a product for insurance carriers that tracks case law on developing insurance coverage issues nationwide.
