Savannah Loftis handles various tort defense cases in state and federal courts, including insurance defense, general liability, premises liability, real estate, medical malpractice, professional malpractice, commercial litigation, and consumer protection matters.

Savannah also serves as litigation counsel to Fortune 100 companies and their affiliates, providing multi-state defense for Fair Credit Reporting Act claims (FRCA) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act claims (FDCPA). She has a passion for defense work and delivering cost-effective and efficient resolutions for her clients.

Personal

Outside of the practice of law, Savannah enjoys cooking, reading, golf, and spending time with her family. She also enjoys serving as a continuing legal education (CLE) educator and teaches classes focused on Indiana real estate.
