In addition to her litigation experience, Sherry served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at First Republic Bank, which is now part of JP Morgan Chase. She was the lead consumer lending product attorney for the East Coast, providing daily counsel to senior leaders, operations, and business lines on litigation strategy, corporate exposure, compliance issues, and crisis management.
